My Story

Providing A Safe Space To Stay True To You

I’m Jodie, a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist based in Macclesfield, Cheshire UK. I truly care about my clients’ well-being and strive to provide psychological services catered to their needs.

House of Healing CBT came about following my own CBT treatment for postnatal PTSD (trauma). Although the therapy was helpful, I always felt my faith was missing, or that I had to explain things too much. My hope is that taking a truly holistic approach to therapy will include you as a whole, not just a presenting problem.

I'm really passionate about providing therapy that is accessible for everyone. My therapy is culturally and religiously adapted and accessible for neurodiverse people.

I offer therapy in person in Wilmslow, Cheshire and online. This means flexibility that you may not find in more traditional face-to-face arrangements. I am fully insured to provide online therapy worldwide (except USA & Canada).
