Spiritual and Personal Development Coaching
Coaching is all about helping you discover what is truly important to you and together navigating the journey to achieving your spiritual and personal goals. Coaching is about facilitating your on your journey.
Coaching sessions are usually 60 minutes long and are available online (no face to face sessions are available due to COVID-19). The focus is to understand your values, what barriers there are to living them and identifying actions to work towards living according to what's important to you.
I have coached many women in professional roles who want to address their mindsets, succeed further and live to their potential.
I use the Acceptance and Commitment approach to support you through this process which is described with a little more detail below.
Acceptance is about taking a non judgemental awareness of the process of our mindsets
Having awareness of our full sensory experience and witness our thoughts and feelings rather than being overwhelmed or controlled by them
Identifying what is important to us, our values, and how to take active steps to live a life true to us.
