Sessions can be provided in person or online in the hopes that gives you the much needed flexibility to access something for your well-being.
You might have a hectic busy schedule, be differently-abled or neurodiverse and attending a face-to-face appointment wouldn't work for you. Skype sessions are here to meet your needs.
CBT takes a collaborative approach. For your assessment, we will meet to understand your problem together. How it started, why you might have been vulnerable to developing it and what keeps it going. Following our agreed understanding, or formulation, we will agree a treatment plan.
CBT aims to change your perception and thoughts about situations to improve your emotional and mental health.
