How do I start the process?

You contact me via email or click the "Contact" button above. You will be sent a referral form and relevant policies. When you've completed these forms and returned them, we agree on a date and time for your first session.
 
Your first session is an assessment where we, together, understand what is happening for you and where you want to be by the end of therapy.

How many sessions do I need?

This is dependent on you, your individual needs and individual goals. We will spend some time during your assessment discussing how many sessions you'd ideally like to have.

Where are you based and where do you work?

I am a UK based therapist, working within the BABCP, a UK based organisation and their framework and ethics. 
 
I work with people all over the world. There are however a small number of countries where I am unable to offer therapy due to local laws about international therapists. I am however able to offer coaching worldwide.

Sessions are offered online via Zoom, and I am also able to offer telephone sessions.

Question 4

What are your fees and when are sessions available?

Both therapy and coaching sessions are £90 an hour. 
For professionals, supervision or consultations are £60 per hour.

My working hours are Sunday and Monday between 9am-6pm, and on Tuesdays between 10am-7pm.

How is my information used?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), any personal information sent via this website will only be used to contact you with details of services you have requested.   Your personal details will not be retained for any other purpose, nor will they be shared with any other organisation.
