As salaam alaykum
Islamic Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapy
I’m Jodie, an accredited CBT psychotherapist, and I specialise in helping believing women overcome anxiety, low self-esteem and self-criticism.
My faith is important to me, and I value working with women who also prioritise their faith. Sometimes life’s ups and downs can become a barrier to that relationship with Allah subhana’wa tala that we hold dear.
There are a couple of different ways you can work with me: therapy, coaching, courses and supervision. I use integrative methods taking wisdom from Islamic psychology, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and compassion focused therapy.
Please have a browse around the website. You'll find information about my services, more about me and resources.
