My name is Jodie and I am a psychotherapist who is passionate about holistic, Islamic psychotherapy and coaching. I work with believing people who want to heal, be it from childhood experiences or experiences later on in their lives. These experiences can result in anxiety, depression and low self esteem. I hope to help you recover from these difficulties and rediscover yourself.

How do I start the process?
You contact me via email or click the "Contact" button above. You will be sent a referral form and relevant policies. When you've completed these forms and returned them, we agree on a date and time for your first session.
Where are you based and where do you work?
How is my information used?
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), any personal information sent via this website will only be used to contact you with details of services you have requested. Your personal details will not be retained for any other purpose, nor will they be shared with any other organisation.
What are your fees and when are sessions available?
How many sessions do I need?
This is dependent on you, your individual needs and individual goals. We will spend some time during your assessment discussing how many sessions you'd ideally like to have.
